Shipping Policy:

Shipping is available to customers located in the United States.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that our fulfillment team has successfully received your order. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return Policy:

Orders can be canceled without issue, provided they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched or you’ve received tracking details, please consult our return policy for next steps.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, items must be in their original, sealed condition. If you would like to request a return, please contact us at ElementPeptide@proton.me. Kindly be aware that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
